With seven years of experience in a renowned restaurant in Jordan and a background in pharmacy, he combines deep culinary roots with a sharp sense of hygiene and professionalism. After helping establish several Lebanese restaurants in Milan, he now leads our kitchen — making Wadi Rum one of the most authentic Middle Eastern dining experiences in the city.
